Boxxy App (Apartment Keys) #
You need the Boxxy app to enter the apartment complex and to access shared spaces such as the recycling room, laundry facilities, and other communal spaces. You will not receive a physical key to enter the complex or communal spaces. (You will, however, have a physical key for your individual apartment.)
Please download the app and activate your account before you arrive in Stockholm so that you can access the complex. Your keys will appear in your account a few days before you arrive.
Bluetooth and location services must be enabled to use Boxxy to unlock doors. If your phone runs out of power, there is a free charging station in the complex at the the entrance for Nekvägen 41 (see photo).

Share Door Access Temporarily #
Click on “Keys” on the bottom toolbar and scroll to select a door. Click on the share icon in the upper right. In the pop-up box, enter the phone number of the person you want to share access with, then select the duration of access (one, three, or 24 hours).
Alternatively, for some doors, you can create a one-time code to enter the door once without the Boxxy app. If this option is available for your selected door, there will be a link to “Create a one-time code” on the bottom of the “Share key” pop-up box.
If you have a visitor staying in your apartment for more than 24 hours, you can share a “Family Key” with them. Click on the gear icon in the top right to access Settings, then click “Family Keys.” Scroll to the door you want to share and click “Share key,” then enter your visitor’s phone number to invite them to share access in Boxxy. Once the visit ends, make sure to remove the Family Key in the Boxxy app to revoke the door access.
Please be aware that you are responsible for the conduct of all guests (see Apartment Care and Conduct).
