Google for Education #
The Swedish Program uses Google for Education as our main communication platform in Stockholm. Students will be issued a swedishprogram.org Google account and use that account to access the following tools.
Gmail #
Gmail is used for all email correspondence during the semester. Students must check their inbox daily during the semester for important information from faculty and administrative staff.

Google Classroom #
Administrative staff will post all news, announcements, activities, and tasks on Google Classroom. Faculty also use Google Classroom to share schedule updates, course literature, and other announcements. Students must check this platform daily during the semester.

Google Calendar #
All upcoming Swedish Program activities, trips, breaks, deadlines, etc. are listed on Google Calendar.

Faculty may share documents and other materials on Google Drive.

Account Deletion #
Your swedishprogram.org Google account will remain active for two years after the term ends. Please download and back up any files or correspondence that you wish to keep. You will receive a notification email at your swedishprogram.org email address approximately three months before the account is scheduled for deletion.
