Swedish Program Activities #
Throughout the semester, the Program Coordinator organizes a variety of activities at no additional cost to students. Activities vary but may include attending sporting events, guided tours, attending a performance at the Royal Opera, and meeting for fika (a Swedish tradition of socializing over coffee, tea, and Swedish pastries).
Program activities are open to all Swedish Program students and listed on Google Classroom and Google Calendar. Some activities require registration. In such cases, students who no-show or cancel after the registration deadline without finding another student to take their place will be charged for the cost of their participation. This does not apply to health-related cancellations.
The Program Coordinator will also regularly share recommendations for restaurants, cafés, landmarks, and activities on Google Classroom to help students make the most of their time in Stockholm.
